Please read and agree: New Clients Only: I require a one-time, non-refundable retainer fee of 50% at the time of booking for select services. (Regarding All Clients) Cancellations: I require cancellations/reschedules to be made within 24hrs prior to the scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a fee of 50% of the service booked. If you are over 15 minutes late to your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule if it significantly interferes with my schedule and will result in a last minute cancellation/reschedule fee of 50%. No-Show/Missed Appointments: Failure to arrive to your appointment without any contact will result in a fee of 75% of the service booked. If I don’t hear from you within 30 minutes of your appointment start time, the appointment will be marked as a no-show and you’ll be asked to reschedule. Clients with two consecutive last-minute cancellations/reschedules or two consecutive no-shows will no longer be able to book future appointments unless a non-refundable retainer fee is paid upfront. Illnesses and emergencies will always be taken into consideration. However, if that is not communicated, the policy above will apply. I completely understand that unexpected things can happen, and there may even be times when I need to reschedule last minute as well. If that occurs, I’ll always do my best to accommodate you! By agreeing to these policies, you acknowledge their importance and accept the outlined consequences. Please understand that I value both my business and myself, and I strive to approach every situation with understanding and flexibility— up to a reasonable point.
